The Jade Sea expedition is a water-borne journey for five nights, that takes you from Lobolo Camp, fly camping on Central island to explore the Volcanoes and Crater Lakes – where Nile crocodiles and birds breed; up the Jade Sea to the Omo River Delta’s vast wetlands to meet the Dassanech people; and then to Koobi Fora to visit the “Cradle of Mankind” with guides from Kenya’s National Museums to outline these prehistoric findings; returning to Lobolo for the last night. |
